Training and Workshops
There is a great need for us to come together and talk, share our experiences, learn together and become stronger in the places we live. For this, we both develop training and workshops ourselves on the subjects we need, and also expand the trainings of other women/women's organizations locally.
Solidarity Networks
The contact of women with each other in every unit from neighborhood to city, the information flow and transfer of experiences between women constitutes a very vital part of empowerment. We create facilities for this.
Policy Development and Advocation
As women are empowered, they also realize their roles and responsibilities as citizens in the city. They assume a role that prompts the responsible institutions-organizations, develops and implements policies for a more livable city for women and everyone. We want to take the lead in transformations that will strengthen us and ensure gender equality in law, education, health, media, economy, family and street. We change the common misconceptions and attitiutes and bring the identified problems to the agenda of local stakeholders. For this, we establish collaborations with the public, private and international organizations.
