We Are Not Fragile. We Are Resolute.

When was the last time you spoke openly about menstruation? Have you ever hidden what you were going through? When was the last time you talked about menopause? Have there been moments when you felt you had to hide it, or felt alone? The answer to these questions is often the same: we remain silent.

Period Poverty, Invisible Inequality

Period Poverty, Invisible Inequality

Can we speak openly about menstruation? And can we always access the products we need?

Menstruation is still too often left unspoken; whispered about, postponed, ignored. Yet every month, millions of women and girls struggle to access basic needs while experiencing a natural cycle of their bodies. Not being able to access pads or tampons turns everyday life into an invisible struggle.

This is not a personal issue; it is an inequality that grows when unseen and deepens when left unspoken.

We are here to make this silence visible. Because the needs related to our bodies are not a privilege, but a right that should be accessible to everyone. And change begins only when we speak about it together.

We Make Space for Menopause and Make It Visible

When was the last time we truly talked about menopause? Who taught us to see it as an “ending”?

For years, menopause has been described as the end of youth, productivity, and even womanhood. That is why many women feel diminished or left behind during this period. But this feeling is not the truth of the body; it is a story we have been taught.

Menopause is not a loss, but the body’s new balance. Yet when it is not spoken about, misinformation, lack of support, and silence can make this process feel isolating.

We are making space for menopause and changing this false narrative together. Because this experience is not something to hide, but a reality to share. And no woman should have to feel incomplete during a natural stage of her body.

We Make Space for Menopause and Make It Visible
We Are Not Fragile, We Are Determined

We Are Not Fragile, We Are Determined

A need we cannot access during menstruation becomes an experience we cannot talk about during menopause. Different stages, the same silence. On one side, the inability to access essential products; on the other, being left alone with misinformation and stereotypes… These two realities about women’s bodies are rooted in the same place: needs that are left unspoken, unseen, and postponed. But this silence is now being broken. In menstruation and in menopause, we speak about every experience related to our bodies, make it visible, and claim it as our own. Because this is not a matter of deficiency or shame.

This is a matter of rights, equality, and solidarity.
